Dunga concern for Adriano

Brazil coach Dunga has admitted he is concerned for the well-being of troubled Internazionale striker Adriano.

The whereabouts of the controversial striker were unknown to Inter last week after he failed to return to Italy following international duty.

Agent Gilmar Rinaldi confirmed on Sunday that his client was in Rio de Janeiro, but Dunga is concerned for the 27-year-old who has fallen out with Inter coach Jose Mourinho on several occasions this season.

"Obviously we're worried. This is a human matter," he said.

"We spend a lot of time together with the national team and I like him.

"Obviously we like his football, but we must think about the human side of things.

"Adriano's behaviour has been exemplary with me. I cannot complain about anything."

  3. To my mind, it's just too much ado about nothing. If he really loves and praises his birthplace, he should think of better ways to help his people overcome violence and poverty. Hiding from everyone and everything will giving him nothing but headaches.
